My friend’s blesser happens to be my father, should I tell my mother?

”Hello Uncle, I am a 24-year-old woman living in a small flat based in Pretoria with my friend. As young girls who like to party and have fun, my friend and I have adopted the lifestyle of seducing older men to get us booze in clubs etc. last week, my friend came home with gifts, money and expensive alcohol after going out with her new blesser, I was happy.

Since we are in this together, my friend suggested I meet her blesser so that he can also arrange for me one of his friends. I was keen, and we set up a meeting on Saturday, when I got there, I got a shock of my life. The blesser my friend was referring too, is my biological father who kicked me out of the house for failing to live according to his rules. That was the most uncomfortable sight I ever gazed upon, seeing my friend kiss him and introduce him to me…

His face went pale immediately he saw me, but we both pretended as if we didn’t know each other. Ever since then, he has been trying to call me and sending me texts asking if I will tell my mom about his dirty secrets… this is the part that confuses me, I don’t know what to do… please help Uncle T!”

Hello there,

I fail to understand how your father would kick you out of the house for failing to follow his rules when clearly there’s nothing good to follow there. With no offence directed at you Anonymous, but it is a known fact that the apple does not fall far from the tree, and clearly your father hasn’t noticed that.

I do not know your mother, but judging from how you and your father are behaving, clearly this poor woman is being taken for granted. That is why I will advise you to pick up the phone, set up a meeting with your father and ask him to stop what he is doing because you see him as a role model.

I would also like to suggest that you to start considering going back home and also changing your ways of living, especially since women murders are on the rise lately. I do not want you to be a complete duplication of your father, not especially since you are a woman. Life is too short, but we do not need to make it shorter with reckless lifestyle.
