Instead of counting sheep to drown me to sleep, I usually count reverse – aging Celebs… you get those Celebs who usually don't grow old, but vice – versa, I have to say, they look so good to such an extent that falling asleep and dreaming comes easily. A perfect example is Khany Mbau.
Her movie is the talk of the town…. after its local debut last week, Khanyi Mbau's first feature film, Happiness is a Four Letter Word, has canned a screening at the prestigious Berlin International Film Festival.
The film, which also stars Mmabatho Montsho and Renate Stuurman, is being featured at the European Film Market which forms part of the Berlin International Film Festival until 19th February.
"We are really thrilled to have its international market premiere at such a prestigious event as the Berlinale. The film is a perfect example of the high quality of feature films currently being produced in South Africa," The film's sale agent, AAA Entertainment said in a statement.
The European Film Market acts as the official market for the festival, giving the film exposure to hundreds of potential buyers from around the world.
In other words, the film could be picked up by an overseas distributor and shown around the world like Terry Pheto's Ayanda and the Mechanic, remember it? Now, wouldn't that be entertaining?
