Actress, Nomzamo Mbatha has been nominated for an African Movie Academy Award (AMAA), the Umlilo star, who on Tuesday just so happened to tweet about how she is coming for the Oscar Award revealed news of her nomination on Thursday. It seems sometimes when you put your dreams out there in to the universe, things just happen by themselves.

The star shared the news of her nomination in the Best Actress in a leading Role category to her followers on Twitter and delivered the news with a beautiful line:

"Surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life…" 

The AMAA may not be as big as the Oscar’s as yet but they are up and coming. They are held annually to honour excellence in the African film industry. This years awards will be held in Nigeria on June 11.
