Rumour has it that Babes Wodumo, who has been nominated in the Best International: Africa category is struggling to secure her travel Visa to the United States for the 2017 BET Awards to be held on Monday, 25 June.
According to IOL a source from the American Embassy office in Durban revealed to the publication that Babes Wodumo and Mampintsha appeared at the embassy on Tuesday to apply for the travel visa.
However, applying for a U.S Visa is a bit of an extensive process that involves applying for an interview that can only be granted through an appointment that can only be scheduled 60 days before the travel date is possible.
Viacom International Media Networks Africa are also aware of the predicament Babes is in and are pulling all their resources to help Babes secure her travel requirements in a speedy manner.
Twitter has reacted at the thought of Babes Wodumo missing out on her first international trip where she could possibly win an award.
