Meet Beyoncé’s identical twin! Shocking

Of course, legend has it that everybody has a doppelganger out there walking around in the world waiting to meet us. Now that we talking about it, what happens when your double happens to be the queen of the music and entertainment industry, Beyoncé?

Introducing Brittany Williams, a 20-something woman living in Detroit whose pics started circulating via social media because of her extreme hereditary characteristics to Mrs. Carter, at least so says the internet. And guess what? The irony in that is; she doesn’t see it at all!

“I actually don’t think we resemble. She is a beautiful woman and so am I. But at the end of the day, God created her to be her and me to be me, and I love being me!” she insists.

Although a lot of women would die of flattery if they were to be compared to queen Bey, Brittany hasn’t exactly given us the feedback one would expect when resembling a mega-celebrity who’s graced the covers of the world’s biggest fashion and beauty mags.

Not that we blame her for denying the obvious, some people have accused Brittany of purposely trying to play twinsies with Bey, even accusing her of using makeup and weave to enhance her outer Yoncé, but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

“Actually, I do not wear a lot of makeup. I hate to look drastically different from my natural self. I keep it simple.” As for her hair, she says, “Some people assume I wear weave to look like her, but most of the pictures that I post online are with no weave. I naturally have long, thick hair. Weave is a choice for me.”

In fact, there’s actually another music legend she adores.

“The Beyonce’ references started back in my junior high school years. The funny thing is, I grew up idolizing Aaliyah. I wanted to be like her. Adopt her style, her ease, her confidence and her grace. Because of this, I actually grew up with a tomboyish style, which I still have today.”

Brittany works for a Fortune 500 company as a production planner and in her free time enjoys writing. She’s also passionate about singing, dancing acting and modeling, which is pretty evident with a quick scroll through her Instagram. She may have a lot in common with Bey, but as far as the “Alternative Beyoncé” remarks go, she hasn’t given them much thought.

Although Brittany has her reservations about the twin-story, she told BET about her respect and admiration for the one and only Beyoncé that expands far beyond looks.

“If I ever met her, I would tell her that I’m proud of her and everything she is and has achieved…I would tell her that I appreciate how she uses music to express herself in the way the art was intended — freely with no reservation to our emotions. I would express my liking to the way she moves; with much calculation, a desire for perfection and an unnecessary work ethic that proves time after time her love for what she does. I’m proud of this woman and I’m proud she reflects a different stigma of what it means to have the color of my skin. I would simply tell her, ‘I’m proud.’”

Although she denies the resemblance, if one was to pass her at the mall, she would definitely have a tough time trying to convince us that she’s ‘’B’’ and not Bey.
