Reports that Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston, is to be taken off of life support after being found unconscious in the bathtub of her home, are definitely not true, Bobby Brown's lawyer confirmed to today.
The lawyer, Christopher Brown, told people that the rumors that the Brown family is going to take Bobbi Kristina, 21, off of life support this week are actively "false." This is in line with what Bobby Brown himself said last week. He made it clear he did not intend to take Bobbi off of life support right now.
According to People, the situation remains the same. Bobbi Kristina, who was found unconscious in her Roswell, Georgia home at the end of January, is still at Emory Hospital in Atlanta. Her condition is reportedly “grim,” but her family says she is still “fighting for her life” and it sounds like they aren't going to give up hope.
As for what happened to Bobbi Kristina, that has not been released. Many speculate that she suffered from a drug overdose, but all we know for sure is that the situation around this incident is currently under criminal investigation, which may or may not result in criminal charges being brought. It's too early to say.
Our hearts continue to go out to Bobbi Kristina's family and friends right now.
