SENZO'S father is not on the will!

Sam Meyiwa wishes to have his son’s millions but lawyers say he might not be in the will.

The roller-coaster journey of anger and misery for Senzo Meyiwa’s dad may be heading in the direction of devastation financial end.

If Senzo never made a will, the money in the PSL account will go to the mothers of his children.

And Samuel Meyiwa, the broken-hearted father, will not get a cent.

Samuel made headlines last week when he said Kelly Khumalo, the mother of one of Senzo’s children, will not get a cent from the estimated R5 million lying in a PSL account.

But Advocate Sifiso Sithole told Daily Sun it is very likely that Samuel will be the one who goes away empty-handed.

“The only time the Sam can access his son’s wealth is if he was listed in a will,” said Sithole, whose firm handles deceased estates.

He said Kelly and Mandisa Mkhize, the mother of Senzo’s other child, will be made the legal guardians of their kids.

The Lawyer confirmed that the mothers will get a monthly grant to buy food and will have to submit invoices for school fees, uniforms, transport and other expenses. “The children will get the balance of the money when they turn 21.

Jabu Buthelezi, Meyiwa’s family spokeswoman, refused to say whether Senzo left a will or not.

“Besides the PSL money, Senzo had a life insurance policy which will pay out once the situation surrounding his death are cleared,” he said.

The PSL said the delay in the payment of the R5 million is because the circumstances of his death are still not clear.

Potential beneficiaries of the money are still considered to be suspects in his death, Daily sun reports.
