Mandela’s grandson appeared at the Johannesburg Magistrate Court on Monday, for rape accusations.

According to the family’s spokesman, the accused followed the 15 year old girl in one of the restaurants toilets where he grabbed and allegedly raped her, Daily sun reported.

Madikizela-Mandela apparently asked the girl’s family to give her family time to deal with the issue.

Our Gossip and News team at Entertainment SA learned from our source that, a man posing as a police officer visited the family, but the clever dad’s victim asked him to display a badge which he didn’t have because he was not a police officer, but Winnie Madikizela-Mandela’s body guard.

The father was quoted saying “Just because they have a famous surname, they think they can get away with crime.”
