Former Jozi FM DJ Donald Sebolai is found guilty for killing his girlfriend however he is facing three counts, namely murder, theft of Tshabalala's vehicle and defeating the ends of justice- daily sun reported.

He is also found guilty of blocking justice but was acquitted of the charge of theft instead..

Tshabalala’s relatives cried quietly in the High Court in Palm Ridge as the DJ's judgment was made.

His mother was also among the crowd and surrounded by other family members in the third row of the court gallery, blowing her nose as she was soothed by another woman next to her.

The worst part was that the family had no choice but to listen as Judge Cassim Moosa went through the hard evidence presented to the court during the trial.
