Prince has opened a new Instagram account, and called it 'Princestagram'.

The 57 year old well-known singer, songwriter and instrumentalist Prince got about 43,300 followers within hours of announcing the account and has uploaded images that include concert photos, album and magazine covers.

Prince has had an interesting relationship with social media over the last couple of years, from deleting profiles on platforms like Facebook,Twitter and YouTube.
