American stand-up comedian, actor and author, Bill Cosby probably wishes he can travel back in time and swallow his words which he used to brand some of his accusers as liars… because one has sued him for defamation of charector EntertainmentSA has learned.

A New-Hampshire woman, Kristina Ruehli, joined the growing ranks of accusers suing Cosby and alleging defamation.

Ruehli on Monday filed a federal lawsuit saying Cosby dragged her name through the mud by attacking her honesty when she came forward last year and said he raped her in 1965.

Ruehli, who lives in Windham, near the Massachusetts state line, says in her lawsuit that she met Cosby while working as a secretary at a talent agency, Artist Agency Corp…When she was 22 years old

Ruehli, who was named Donna Czapla at the time, says he gave her 2 drinks (spiked according to her); she passed out, only to wake up naked in Cosby's bed with his penis in her face.

When Andrea Constand, one of the other women accusing Cosby, sued Cosby in 2005, Ruehli was one of the women who came forward to support Constand's Sexual Assault Allegations. She came forward again last year, and declared all allegations as "unsubstantiated, fantastical stories."

Ruehli's Lawyers did not immediately respond to request for comments on Monday.
