Not so long ago, Refiloe Maele Phoolo, well known as Cassper Nyovest made history by being the first local artist to sell-out The Dome in Northriding, Johannesburg.

This was a big achievement that made everyone salute Cassper, including the SA honourable President Jacob Zuma and Julius Malema who showed his support by attending the event.

And last Sunday, he scooped two awards including the best rapper in Africa at the AFRIMA awards ceremony that took place in Lagos, Nigeria.

In a recent interview, he was asked about his feud with rapper AKA, and his response was, “I'm talking about how we're going to inspire kids and how we're going to change the country, and I think I'm just putting stains on something beautiful by entertaining that thing.’’
