Cassper Nyovest did it – can Dj Black Coffee do more?

Multi award-winning DJ Black Coffee has hinted that he is planning on making history by filling up the 94 000-plus capacity FNB stadium in April 2016. Bear in mind that he’ll be the first South African musician to fill up the gigantic stadium.

This announcement comes just a month after Hip-Hop artist Cassper Nyovest became the first local musician to fill up the Dome irrespective of Rebecca’s media claims of doing the same. Over 20 fans filled up the Dome to the brim.

Coffee has been quoted saying on tweeter:  One of my dreams for 2016 is #africarising show at #fnbstadium #27APRIL2016…What’s ur 2016 dream? Pic.twitter.com/76qjwjmvTx_#PIECEOFME (@REALbLACKCoffee) November 23, 2015-11-24

No concert by a South African artist or group/band has ever managed to fill up FNB Stadium but Black Coffee reckons he can pull up a miracle and send Manna from heaven once again by becoming the first South African artist to fill up the stadium.

It is possible for the 39-year-old Durban-born DJ after he made history in 2010 when he set the record straight for the longest hours a man/DJ has spent on the decks.

This is after he spent 60hrs on the decks. His phenomenal announcement was met with a lot of excitement and support from various social media outlets.

According to experts, FNB is currently the largest stadium in Africa since its capacity was increased to 94, 700 for the 2010 FIFA World CUP. We at Entertainment SA have faith that Coffee will make this happen..
