In his quest to make his energy drink succeed, DJ Sbu, has reportedly put everything he has on the line, and is broke and in debt. All this he has done in order to turn his energy drink, Mofaya, into the number one selling energy drink in the whole of Africa.
DJ Sbu, recently revealed this very scary, but honest and inspiring piece of truth on his Instagram page to his followers:
“This is not a holiday selfie. We at work. I'm not poor. But I'm broke. More broke than I have been in a long time. I'm deep in debt. Every last cent. Drop of blood sweat tears. Emotions. Energy. Everything has been invested in #MyStartUp . Been fired. Laughed at. Called crazy & more. Are you willing to risk it all for your dream?"
We’re impressed by how DJ Sbu is showing everyone that sometimes in order to win it all, you sometimes not only have to work hard but you also have to make some very scary sacrifices.
It’s refreshing to see someone who is pursuing their dream with such dogged determination and being honest about their hustle.
