TV star Phila Mazibuko allegedly forgot to pay for the goods he got from a petrol filling station shop.  

The actor was allegedly caught shoplifting with a packet of sweets and a magazine worth R35. According to Phila he called the police after being accused of theft by the garage owner. However the garage owner Tebogo Moabi, insists that he is the one who called the cops.

Fortunately for Phila the garage owner won't be pressing charges over "something that could be resolved between the two of us", he said.

Well, we at Entertainment SA are happy that this misunderstanding has been dealt with and Phila wont be facing jail time during the festive season.
