It is learned, that the music video destined for AKA and Diamond's new single, Make Me Sing has gained a whopping 200 000 views in less than or 24 hours.
The surprise single made its debut on YFM, while on the other side, they gave other local artists a good hiding with a music video which was released on Youtube on Friday evening. In a statement released by AKA's management it has been confirmed that by Saturday dusk, the video had already reached 200 000 views, and is currently sitting at over 300 000 views, talk about a nasty comeback.
Not long after the video made its way on MTV Base Africa and MTV Base ROA, it made the Twitter trends- list both here and in Tanzania.
The statement indicates that the producers of the video are optimistic that the video will reach 1 million views in five days, setting an all- time record for a South African artist.
Wow, with all the media drama that surrounded him, who knew that he could pull this one off? Gossip lovers, where’s Casper Nyovest?
