    My client is looking for a digital marketing coordinator to develop, implement, track and optimise their digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels and maximise their organisation's multi-channel communication strategies.


    Duties and responsibilities

    Plan and execute all web, SEO, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

    Design, build and maintain our social media presence.

    Develop SEO strategies to increase the number of visitors to our website.

    Develop and integrate our content marketing strategies into all digital platforms.

    Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to increase awareness for both our brand and the property.

    Providing accurate reports and analysis to partners and senior managers to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI), for all digital campaigns.

    Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums.

    Make use of web analytics software to monitor performance of the website and make recommendations for improvement.

    Develop, implement and track performance of paid online media placements.

    Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.

    Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.

    Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.



    Skills and knowledge

    Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

    Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

    Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics)

    Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns.

    Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator essential (PC and Mac).

    Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

    Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

    MS Outlook, Word and Excel (advanced)

    Excellent communication skills

    Ability to work under immense pressure

    Understanding of search engine optimisation implementation and PPC campaigns

    Excellent writing skills


    Matric/grade 12

    Min two years digital marketing experience
