Mariah Carey has been advised no to perform at her concert as planned on Sunday in Brussels, following bomb attacks in that country. According to TMZ news, it is alleged that her Security team has warned her in the strongest form against performing in that country so soon after the recent attacks which saw 39 people dead.
There are fears within her security detail that the planned concert venue may be a target, according to them there are multiple reasons why terrorists could target the venue, she's a world famous singer, who's engaged to a billionaire and the concert is special as it will be performed on her birthday – which might make the possibility of an attack even more enticing.
There's also a strategic reason the concert may not be a success. Mariah's people are also concerned that the airports will be closed and the team behind the show, including Mariah, may not be able to get in to the country.
However, at the moment there hasn't been a final decision as to whether the concert will still go ahead as planned or will it be cancelled, as her team awaits to hear on the U.S embassy in order to make their final decision.
