Would you believe it if we told you that Nathi Mankayi of Nomvula fame is single and still searching for somebody to call bae? Yep, we also couldn't believe our ears when we heard that this very fine and talented guy is flying solo.

Nathi Mankayi, whose Nomvula track dominated the airwaves, broke the charts and won the title of song of the year for 2015 – the track is ironically about someone's soulmate, but it turns out, the artist is himself without his very own "Nomvula".

He revealed this on a recent interview with the RGB show which is broadcast on SABC1. Do I see some of you ladies lining up your CV's?

The reason why he is single, he revealed, is because he is choosing to instead focus on his work and career at the moment and he said that he believes when the time is right he will find his very own Nomvula.

Aah…. well, it seems until then, we all have a little shot at finding happiness with this talented crooner.
