Pearl Thusi has denied reports that she's allegedly been begging the SABC COO, Hlaudi Motsoeneng for her job back, this is after three weeks after turning her back from the show.
Pearl's departure from the Live Amp show came to the public’s attention just hours after she was revealed as one of the hosts of MTV's Lip Sync Battle, alongside African superstar D'Banj.
As news of her departure from the SABC came, rumours soon followed with many alleging that the star was booted out after she refused to turn down her gig with rival broadcaster, soon after that Pearl also found herself barred from her Metro FM show after her suspension was lifted, she was only back for one show and then she was barred from the show, while her co-presenter still remains to this day. She and her co-presenter were suspended from their show after allegedly insulting fellow Metro FM radio host, Bonang Matheba.
It is reported that pearl has been trying, albeit unsuccessfully to meet with SABC boss, Hlaudi Motsoeneng, to get both her jobs back with the public broadcaster, but scheduled meetings to discuss this with the COO, have just not been able to happen, leaving Pearl frustrated and bored at home.
It's further alleged that shows for the Lip Sync Battle Africa were shot in just over a week, which has led to her quest of winning her old jobs back. Pearl has gone to social media and branded the latest rumours as "big fat lies!!!".
