It seems that sometimes love is not enough to keep a man from going back to his old ways, it seems that not only has Lamar Odom lost his career, but may have also lost the only person who believed in him when nobody else did, his wife Khloe Kardashian.

In a very emotional post, Khloe shares with her followers how her efforts to help her husband failed. She writes: 

"We have to learn to stop taking on people’s problems as if they are our own. Loving people does not mean we have to carry their burdens and confusions on our back."

It seems Khloe has finally come to terms with the fact that she cannot be Lamar’s saviour when she also needs rescuing  – this follows reports that she has decided to go ahead with divorce proceedings,  she posted; 

"to force your beliefs and dreams down ones throat is only going to cause resentment and possibly manifest deeper issues. Possibly to the point of no return."

Entertainment –SA once reported that Khloe Kardashian, was at one point in the process of divorcing her husband, Lamar Odom, but halted this process when he was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel, after allegedly overdosing on cocaine. Even though Khloe was willing to work through whatever issues the couple had in the past to forge a new path, it seems however that Lamar wasn't prepared to change his ways, he was found at a bar, in San Fernando Valley boozing it up once again. 

The way Khloe sees it, Lamar is not worth fighting for, adding, "Don't lose yourself by trying to fix what's meant to stay broken."

When a man is fed up, only a woman can change his mind, but when a woman is fed up, nobody can change her minds.
