How does a hip hop artist ensure that they become a hit? Through beefing with other artists off course.
Rapper, Chad da Don has just beefed on his ex-mate and boss, Cassper Nyovest by releasing a track titled Chad is Better.
On a track we consider to be better than AKA’s Composure‚ the EFT hitmaker fires at Cassper for bragging to fans about something that caused him to leave Cassper’s record label‚ Family Tree.
The saying money is the root of all evil isn't too far off as it seems like this beef is based on money differences, in his diss track Chad Kicks-off by highlighting how stars can also fall, then moves onto rapping on how Cassper didn’t believe in him.
“I left the label and I’m moving on. I heard you got money now‚ spent about R500K on a Bent‚ that’s okay motherf**ker‚ remember the money you owe me for rent. I can’t‚ I can’t‚ I can’t let it go that they said I’d never blow‚” Chad raps.
“Your methods are flawed‚ you selling people the dream that they applaud but I needed it more‚ if only you could have believed in me more but keep the awards‚ soon you going to need it more.”
And just as you thought that was enough, he goes on to drop even more bars in the chorus by dissing Cassper’s hit track 'Doc Shebeleza',:
“I had the crowd screaming got the crowd to say‚ Doc Doc Chad is Better.”
The track which was recently released has had many a fans in a tailspin as they await Cassper's response to his once protege. It seems like Cassper has finally met his match
