Are you a fluent Zulu-speaking female, between the ages of 21 and 30, and have what it takes to be Rhythm City’s new star? Well, this could be your lucky chance at a shot at fame. Rhythm City is opening auditions in hopes of casting a character, Nomalanga.
The character will be Zolani’s (Melusi Mbele) fiancé, and the daughter of a Kwazulu-Natal based tycoon and struggle veteran.
Auditions are only open online, if you meets all the above mentioned requirements, all you need to do is to film your best performance based on your version of the character with the provided script.

Entries for the auditions opened on Monday 11 April already, and have until midnight on Friday, 15 April to send your film.
The top 12 candidates will be flown to Johannesburg on the third week of April, and taken through the last round of the auditions to select the lucky lady who will play the role of Nomalanga.
