Sure Cassper Nyovest can handle a little bit of beef and a punch from AKA but that doesn’t mean he can handle the sound of gunshots. It is reported that he had to literally duck and dive after several gunshots were fired while he was busy performing at a recent Namibian venue over the weekend.
According to the Namibian Sun, not long after Cassper hit the stage in Walvis Bay, Namibia on Saturday, a couple of drunken and disorderly fans, were involved in a disagreement and this led to several gunshots being fired in the stadium. Fearing not only for his life, but also that of his fans, the famous rapper stopped his performance midway and asked security to do what they can to protect everyone who was present, which they did.
Once the drunken parties were escorted out of the venue and everyone was safe, the muso continued doing what he does best, entertaining the crowds.
To try bring back the jovial mood of the crowd back to where it was before the scuffle, Cassper joked: "Wow! I did not know you guys are living so dangerously over here in Namibia,”
So pleased was he with the performance at the end that he even managed to take several videos with fans. Well done Cassper for keeping your nerve and your cool throughout the whole situation.
