South African renowned artist, Lungelo Gumede wants to honour Cassper Nyovest with a wax statue. Although the motive behind this great initiative is yet to be revealed, we are quite adamant that it has to do with Cassper being a king in almost everything.
The artist who has painted numerous portraits of stars such as the likes of the late S’fiso Ncwane has approached the rapper to do a portrait of him.
Lungelo proposed a bet to Cassper Nyovest that if he received 50,000 retweets, he would then do a wax statue of the rapper.

Cassper was humbled by the proposition but explained that he is not that vain to have a statue of himself but would absolutely love a statue of Mufasa (the Lion King character) in his back yard.
Lungelo has taken up the offer and informed Cassper that he is already on the job and is already working on the designs.
We must say, Lungelo is one talented artist, he’s done numerous wax statues for people like the late Senzo Meyiwa…
