Bonang Matheba will only be signing girls only on her new label

Did Bonang Matheba just reveal that she’s launching a new record label in December? Oh well, whenever she will be officially launching her label, its going to be an all girls club because she’s not going to be signing no man.

At some point last year, Queen B mentioned that she wanted to establish a record label but said her friends thought the idea was a little crazy. The idea had the streets talking with even artist Gigi Lamayne weighing in, saying that it would wonderful to see more women at CEO level in the music recording business.

Even though the chat may have died down on Bonang’s side now that we’re in 2020, that didn’t stop fans from bringing it up again during the lockdown. After the Bonang tweeted about her excitement for the festive period, a tweep stepped in to remind Bonang of her promise from months ago. He said that he hopes Bonang can sign him to her label.

Bonang though, made it clear that she is all about girl power saying that her label is only for the ladies. “I’m signing girls only,” she tweeted.

The men of the B-Force were not too excited about the news, Mzansi ladies are beyond excited at the prospect of breaking through in such a male-dominated industry.

Bonang recently released a new range of sparkling wines in a can, BNG Nectar. Our Queen B has been basking in her victory after taking her MCC range international with the first stop Botswana.

The queen sure knows how to secure the bag.
