Kwaito star and legend, Mshoza was laid to rest on the 28th of November and her funeral service took place at the House of Treasures Ministries in Rispark in Johannesburg and her tombstone where she has the world at her feet, literally, was revealed that same day.
Entertainment SA recently reported Mshoza’s death that was due to complications caused by diabetes. Her funeral service was broadcast live on YouTube for those who couldn’t be there in person to celebrate and honour the life of the star. Attendees to the funeral included the likes of Khanyi Mbau, Molemo “Jub Jub” Maarohanye, Mzwakhe Mbuli and more stars. Mshoza’s children delivered a moving eulogy in honour of their late mother and Jub Jub performed his “Ndikhokhele” remix alongside other artists as they paid homage to the Mshoza.
As the funeral moved to Westpark Cemetery in Montgomery Park where Mshoza was buried, her children crying and asking her to wake up as the casket went down, which was quite painful to watch. Her tombstone was then revealed, and part of the stone has her standing on top of the globe with one leg, and she looks as happy as ever.
May her soul rest in eternal peace.
