It’s been 14 years since the king of Pop Michael Jackson left the world of living but it seems that his “skeletons” are coming out.
Michael Jackson’s estate will be going on trial as molestation allegations against them have been filed by choreographer Wade Robson according to TMZ reports.
This is not the first time the allegation against Jackson has been made, In May 2013 Wade Robson filed his report followed by James Safechuck in May 2014 who also filed his complaint against MJJ Production Inc. and MJJ Ventures Inc.
Their lawsuits were thrown out based on the statute of limitations, but legislative changes while their appeals were pending made their lawsuits timely, and the cases were returned to the trial court.
A three-judge panel of the California Court of Appeal has turned around the child molestation case brought by “Leaving Neverland” subjects Wade Robson and James Safechuck against Michael Jackson’s corporation.
According to Robson and Safechuck the MJJ Production knew about the molestation and aided Jackson in grooming, sexual abuse and cover-p for him.
According to Safechuck, him and the Thriller singer met when he was filming a Pepsi commercial and started exchanging letters and phone calls. He went on to share that MJ showered him with gifts, money and invites to dinner, shows and vacations. According to Safechuck MJ even invited his mother to a six-month tour.
Safechuck alleged that the abuse started when they were in Paris in 1988 after MJ and his Production made all the travel arrangements expenses paid.
He went on to reveal that while they were in MJ’s room, the pop star allegedly told him that he “was going to change his life by showing him how to masturbate,” before showing him how to do it and went on to coach the child.
Safechuck said that he was sworn to secrecy and repeatedly told to “deny everything.” He also claims that when he was around 12 years old MJ started to lose interest in him as there was a new young boy.
He went on to allege that Robson was 5 years old when he was introduced to the pop star by his production after he won a dance competition. The prize was meeting Jackson, and he danced with him on stage the following night.
According to claims, the abuse started when Robson was 7 and had been invited to the Neverland Ranch with his family for the weekend. According to the suit, MJJ Productions helped facilitate his move from Australia to the United States in 1991, offering him employment and a place to perform alongside Jackson in music videos, commercials and photo shoots.
According to suit claims the minor’s parents were always made sure that they were out of the house and that MJ would be left alone with kids so he can have “play time” with them.
No one reported the abuse to authorities, according to the suit, which alleges that MJJ Productions Inc. employees were “his co-conspirators, collaborators, facilitators and alter egos for the childhood sexual abuse alleged,” and that although they were hired to create and distribute Jackson’s multimedia entertainment, they “actually served dual purposes.”
“The thinly veiled, covert second purpose … was to operate as a child sexual abuse operation, specifically designed to locate, attract, lure and seduce child sexual abuse victims,” the suit reads.
