    What’s the difference between stress and anxiety?

    According to research made, stress is a way of your body letting you know if you’re crumbling in coping with your circumstances. Let’s face it, difficult circumstances may be overwhelming and that makes it difficult for you to cope which may result in you shutting down. Someone who does not understand this, they make think that you are a very irritable person and they always have to tiptoe around, but that is not the case. Your emotional and mental state may be the cause of your stress, which are also known as stress triggers.

    Anxiety is known to be an alarm for your body, it signals to you that you are in a possibility of putting yourself through danger or any kind of threat. This does not mean that your anxiety will always be triggered when there is stress or trouble, that shouldn’t be the case, so if you feel that you’re more anxious than usual, consult a health professional for help.
