Tamia managed to shoot up SA Twitter trends list back in April when she first announced that she would be touring South Africa. No doubt she will pull the best of the South African artists to join her on stage.
For Tamia, touring Mzansi is no new thing as she has done this 3 times before. The Grammy nominated R&B singer has released quite a number of albums and collaborated with several prominent international musical icons during a career that spans over nearly three decades.
Then very recently, our very own platinum selling R&B star Lloyiso announced that he will be joining 47-year-old singer as her opening act for the short tour which takes place over the next few days.
He captioned his post: “Touring with Tamia ????❤️! Can’t wait to see you guys!”
The tour will begin with its opening night at Grand Arena in GrandWest, Cape Town, then afterwards it will head to Durban’s ICC arena on Friday before closing off with two shows at Sunbet Arena, Time Square in Pretoria on Saturday and Sunday.
