Amapiano song Mnike by Tyler ICU featuring DJ Maphorisa is probably one of the best songs out there toping the local radio charts each week. The song went viral on TikTok with people around the world dancing.
But there’s always that odd one with negative things to say, in this case an American TikToker @Christalevelyn recently created a video saying the lyrics of the song are “evil.”
In her video the lady said she google translated the Mnike lyrics and according to what google translate says the lyrics are evil.
South Africans did not waste time and came for the lady some with humor some with outrage.
But after getting schooled by South Africans she quickly apologised and claimed “wrong lyrics”
“I am so sorry to the South African community, the last thing I want to do is spread misinformation or talk bad on any culture,” she said in the second video.
