A year after the break up, there is no bad blood between Michael B. Jordan and ex-girlfriend Lori Harvey’s dad, Steve Harvey.
The two American stars were captured all smiles and hugging on the court at the Dallas Mavericks versus Minnesota Timberwolves pre-season game at the NBA’s Abu Dhabi Games recently.
Sharing the sweet moment between the ‘Black Panther’ star Jordan and the ‘Family Feud’ host Harvey were the NBA and NBA Europe Instagram accounts, with the caption: “All smiles at #NBAinAbuDhabi!”
The picture shows Jordan leaning into Steve Harvey, who’s looking away from the camera, as the two each have one arm around each other’s back. All white the video has Jordan diving in for a hug from Harvey, which lasts for a few seconds. Though Harvey and Jordan exchange a few words with each other, the video has no sound.
Some social media users joked that Harvey was confronting Jordan about the end of his relationship with model Lori Harvey, which lasted more than a year before they broke up in 2022.
When the two went their separate ways, Steve Harvey confirmed the couple’s split on “The Steve Harvey Morning Show” and said he wishes them well, but he’s Team Lori 1000%.
“She’s my daughter; I love her, I support her. Things happen. It’s hard to be young and in the limelight and have a successful relationship.”- he said.
He also praised Jordan, saying, “He’s still a cool guy from what I know. It’s a breakup … people break up all the time.”
