The American model and entrepreneur, Lori Harvey is making waves as she has given dating advice a week after she made headlines for her breakup from Damson Idris.
The feedback that the socialite has received has been nothing short of being overwhelmingly positive. In a video that was posted on social media, Lori Harvey empowers ladies not to settle for anything less than what they know they deserve.
Well known for being a loud lover and never being shy about her dating life, in the video, Lori Harvey said: “Figure out what your non-negotiables are, and then don’t ever waiver on them. I feel like oftentimes we as black women feel like especially when we get to a certain point in our lives we feel like we need to settle. We just feel like we need to rush to get into something because maybe we want to be married by a certain age, we want to have kids by a certain age, and I think that is not how we should view love at all.”
The superstar seems to be taking after her father, the legendary Steve Harvey, who is always telling women to understand that they deserve better than to settle for mediocre relationships.
