Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of sexual assault and revenge porn in a second lawsuit

Sean Combs, better known as ‘P. Diddy’, is in the headlines again with a second lawsuit this time. Diddy has been accused of drugging and date raping a college student before sharing a revenge porn style video of the alleged incident in 1991.

This comes in the wake of Diddy settling a bombshell that was dropped by his singer ex-girlfriend, Cassie of rape and abuse for over a decade. Cassie said her lawsuit was filed in line with the New York’s Adult Survivors Act, which opened a one-year revival window to file sexual abuse claims that would otherwise be barred by the statute of limitations.

Back to the new lawsuit. The alleged victim, Joi Dickerson-Neal, was a Syracuse University student at the time and had previously appeared with Combs in a few video clips of a music video.

The suit alleged that Dickerson agreed to a dinner at a Harlem restaurant “reluctantly” with Combs while on school break for the holidays in January, when Combs “pushed” Dickerson to keep him company while he attended to “a few things in the city”, it stated.

The suit alleges that during their date, Combs “intentionally drugged” Dickerson “resulting in her being in a physical state where she could not independently stand or walk.”

It is alleged in the suit that while at dinner, she left to use the restroom and left her drink “unattended”. The suit alleges that driving first to a music studio where Dickerson could not get out of the car, Combs proceeded to a place he was staying to sexually assault her.

“Because she had been drugged, the Plaintiff (Dickerson) lacked the physical ability or mental capacity to fend Combs off,” the suit alleges. Allegedly, Combs video recorded the sexual assault, and days later a male friend revealed to Dickerson that he had viewed it.

A horrified Dickerson asked how many other people had seen the video, to which the male friend responded, ‘everyone’.

Combs’ representative has called the latest allegations “made up and not credible”.
