The Renaissance concert film was screened last night in Beverly Hills, the Samuel Goldwyn Theater, hosting a wide variety of celebrities who came to watch the highly anticipated film. The starts came dressed to impress, as expected. And they ate.
The A-listers chose to attend the premier dressed in all silver-everything, just as Beyonce did throughout the tour. Beyonce, the star of the evening, wore a strapless Versace column gown with matching metallic gloves. Members from Destiny’s Child also attended in style. Kelly Rowland wore a solver gown from Jean Paul Gaultier’s fall 2023 couture collection. Michelle Williams wore a Bishme Cromartie creation, including a voluminous cape and tulle train. Given where the group started from, it’s beautiful to see Kelly and Michelle showing up for Beyonce each time she reaches a huge milestone in her life.
Who else attended you ask? Lori Harvey wore a vintage black Mugler mini dress, duo Chloe and Halle also came, of course. Chloe, being the more promiscuous one, rocked a purple dress with a plunging neckline. We didn’t expect anything less. Halle wore an all-black number with glittery knee high boots. Singer Normani also showed up in true Normani fashion in a black suit with no pants. Actress Tia Mowry looked dashing in a black suit ensemble with a sequin top and bag. Marsai Martin looked gorgeous in a Jean Louis-Sabaji gown.
The film is airing on December 1st and is expected to shut down the internet. Fans who couldn’t attend the actual Renaissance live show can watch the film in a few days. Expect heavy sequins, top tier vocals from the mother herself as well as an appearance from Blue Ivy.
