Metro Boomin and Future release 25 track album ‘We still don’t trust you’

    It’s new music Friday!

Metro Boomin and Future are back at it, dropping their highly anticipated album, We Still Don’t Trust You, just three weeks after their first release. This time, they’re serving up two discs with a total of 25 new tracks, featuring guest appearances from heavyweights like The Weeknd, J. Cole, A$AP Rocky, and more.

Their previous album, We Don’t Trust You, made a huge impact, debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 251,000 album-equivalent units in its first week, solely from streams. Metro shared his gratitude on social media, emphasising that the success was all thanks to the fans’ support and love for great music.

One of the standout tracks, “Like That,” featuring Kendrick Lamar, shook up the rap scene with its fiery verses aimed at J. Cole and Drake. The song skyrocketed to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, racking up an impressive 59.6 million streams and 5.6 million radio airplay audience impressions. Metro celebrated the success, proclaiming that hip hop is alive and well.

While Future has been laying low, Metro has been dealing with some social media drama, with his accounts getting hacked. Despite the setbacks, the duo is ready to take a victory lap, cruising in a Tesla Cyber truck with the release of We Still Don’t Trust You.
