Lori Harvey Says “No Thank You” to Dating Speculation with Aaron Pierre

Lori Harvey has made it very clear: she’s not interested in playing matchmaker games, even if it’s all in good fun. The model and influencer recently shut down a playful relationship prediction that had fans excited on TikTok.

It all started when TikToker and reporter Char Mason floated an intriguing idea: Lori Harvey, 27, and Aaron Pierre, 30, the actor set to star as Mufasa in Disney’s upcoming The Lion King prequel, would make an iconic couple.

“She’s well-versed in the men across the pond,” Mason said, referencing Harvey’s past relationship with British actor Damson Idris. “She knows what the beans and toast tasting like.”

While Mason’s cheeky commentary painted an entertaining picture of Harvey and Pierre as a power duo who would undoubtedly “slay” together, Lori was quick to burst the bubble. Her response? A swift and humorous dismissal: “No thank you leave me aloneeee.”

The internet’s favourite skincare entrepreneur knows how to set boundaries, both in her personal life and with her public image. Harvey, the daughter of Marjorie Harvey and adopted daughter of comedy legend Steve Harvey, has long been a topic of fascination when it comes to her high-profile relationships. Over the years, she’s been linked to some of the most eligible bachelors in Hollywood and beyond, including Michael B. Jordan, Future, and, most recently, Damson Idris.

In a 2022 interview with Essence, Harvey opened up about her approach to relationships and why she prioritizes her standards.

“It’s not about being arrogant or about feeling like I’m too good, or too this or too that,” she explained. “I know my worth, and I know my value. I’m not going to compromise that, or settle, or accept anything less than what I know I deserve.”
