But in true Cardi fashion, the rollout hasn’t been without drama. Some fans took to social media to question her decision to collaborate with Fontaine, citing his past relationship with Megan Thee Stallion. Cardi, who previously teamed up with Megan for the chart-topping hits WAP and Bongos, didn’t shy away from addressing the chatter during a candid X Spaces session.

“When I f*** with two people and I like two people, I stay away from their s*** because when it comes to relationships, some bulls*** will always happen,” Cardi said. “One thing about me, I’m gonna stay neutral and I’m gonna stay the f*** out of it.”
