Zimbabwean businessman Wicknell Chivhayo has officially completed his stunning new home in Clifton, Cape Town; one of South Africa’s most sought-after coastal areas. The luxury residence is estimated to be worth around R160 million and features a combination of modern architecture and breathtaking views.
The multi-level property sits in a prime location, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Table Bay, and Robben Island, while also bordering the protected Table Mountain Nature Reserve. The home offers a mix of privacy, nature, and luxury living.
The mansion includes four spacious bedrooms, entertainment areas, a private gym, a wine cellar, and an internal elevator connecting the different levels. Outside, the property features private decks overlooking the coastline and a swimming pool designed for enjoying Cape Town’s famous views.
