Dancing With The Stars season 29 cast revealed

Ladies and gentlemen, get your dancing shoes on and get ready to groove with your favourite stars in the 29th season of America’s Dancing With The Stars. The full cast was revealed on Wednesday September 2 episode of Good Morning America.

This hit reality show is all about celebrities being paired with professional dancers to perform predetermined dances and compete against each other.

The show, which always delights with a quirky mix of athletes, actors, musicians and of-the-moment public figures looking for redemption, has also roped in actress and Chicago P.D. star Anne Heche, Disney Channel (Jessi, Bunk’d) alum and co-star of Lil Nas X‘s “Panini” video Skai Jackson, Justina Machado of the One Day at a Time reboot and The Real panellist Jeannie Mai.

Before Wednesday, ABC had only confirmed that Kaitlyn Bristowe and AJ McLean would be donning their dancing shoes. Now we know they’ll be doing it at least six feet away from a truly wild list of fellow stars, including Chrishell Stause, Anne Heche and Vernon Davis, as well as Skai Jackson, Johnny Weir, Nev Schulman, Jesse Metcalfe, Nelly, Justina Machado, Monica Aldama, Jeannie Mai and Charles Oakley.

At press time, the show had not revealed how it will deal with social distancing in the midst of the still-raging COVID-19 pandemic, though it will not have a studio audience for the first time.

The corona virus pandemic will obviously force all stars and pros to follow some strict rules about quarantining but the other big change this season is that long-time hosts Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews are out and Tyra Banks is in as the show’s first solo host and has been promising “next level” changes to the series.
