The lockdown should be no excuse to have a banging summer body with these fitness exercises from your local female celebs.

The lockdown is getting intense – and some of us have been binge eating and couching more than usual. Since all gyms are temporarily closed, and most people are in no mood to get a beating from officials, we’ve decided to bring you all the inspiration you need to get up that couch and start doing it like these female celebs.

#TBT #2018 #FiitYoga I was doing a similar yoga position during our @cafelaplagefitness session on the 29th of Feb 2020 at @cafelaplage.sa 🤩 hahahah I’ve been silent about it because I didn’t believe it was worth sharing without me displaying a current video for y’all to see. Due to #covid_19 I can’t go to the yoga studio with @mattyjones6 & @tumi_nator1 to further align myself & take a video for y’all but once every thing is settled, i owe you one. Since I removed my fixation metals on my foot and wore the moon boot, I didn’t know how to comfortably lift myself up from the floor without begging for assistance. Lol I’ve always had to get any strong person near me to lift me up because I’m heavy hahaha but during our @cafelaplagefitness session while doing Fiit Yoga I did this position and next thing I happen to find myself fully standing up without any assistance. Hahah I was so happy I dropped a tear and wished @eventstylingza @nadiamotala @chefraw.sa were around to give me a rich chocolate flavored dessert for celebration hehe I’m even dropping a tear while laughing right now 😅 whew 🤗 Besides the fear of falling if I mistakenly happen to loose balance, I will dedicate the #lockdown 21 days to teach myself to get myself on the floor by doing a single leg squat without fail and I will find other simpler ways to lift myself up afterwards. It’s sounds like a mild goal but wish me luck Fam, I need it. From my side, I pray for your ease during these strange and uncertain times. I hope to see you, on the other side of this lock down, healthy, well rested and ready to continue your life journey.
