If you are all about adventure and playing extreme activities, then Mossel Bay Zipline is for you. The small coastal town situated on the world-famous Garden Route, is now home to the longest over ocean zipline.

The Mossel Bay Zipline is latest addition to the already impressive list of ziplines available in the garden route and the Western Cape. The entire course measures a whopping 1100 meters and offers incredible views over the cliffs, nearby beaches, and surrounding villages.

Once adventurers arrive at the meeting point, they receive a safety briefing and get kitted up with all the necessary safety gear and will then be taken to the starting platform located on top of the cliffs, about 90 meters above sea level. Here they get to watch like-minded travelers take a leap of faith for a once in a lifetime experience.

Adventurers can expect speeds of up to 80 km per hour as the glide over the waves below and take in a bird’s eye view of their surroundings, making it the perfect activity for adrenaline junkies and families alike. If you like your activities with a touch of water, it’s even better because during high tide and abnormal weather, you might just finish wet.
