Rumour from different celebrities who prefer to remain anonymous has it that an "awkward moment" was witnessed as AKA – real name Kiernan Forbes – pushed open a glass door, almost bumping Somizi's face with it – even though they could see each other.

A close celebrity source revealed: "AKA could clearly see Somizi because it's a transparent glass door. If Somizi hadn't moved back he could have hit his face, but it [the door] just got his body.’’

And to prove that there’s bad blood between the two, the source claims that instead of Forbes apologizing to Mhlongo, he just said: "The irony of this."

It is alleged that the pair have been at loggerheads since the rapper's baby momma, DJ Zinhle Jiyane, revealed that AKA had been cheating on her with TV personality Bonang Matheba, and since then, suspicions have circulated around Somizi being the one who spilled the beans.

Mhlongo took to his reality TV show, Living The Dream with Somizi, which features on Wednesday nights to rubbish those rumours.

"All I hear is that she thinks or she was told that I told Zinhle about her relationship with AKA … But why? Why would I do that to her? I want the three of them – Zinhle, AKA and Bonang – to sit down and tell me who said I said what," said Mhlongo on his show. "I'm too old for this s**t. People come into your life and leave for a reason."

When asked for comment regarding the door incident, Mhlongo disappeared into thin air for a while.

Later on, he resurfaced and had this to say: "How did you guys find out? I'm not here for that. I am in a good space and I'm doing me."
