In less than a month after mourning the passing of a music legend, Ray Phiri, we shed tears again as news of Kwaito star Tsekeleke’s death do the rounds on social media .
Tsekeleke, real name Mixon Tholo – passed away in a Vosloorus hospital on Tuesday night.

Tsekeleke was diagnosed with diabetes and had been in and out of hospital since last year.
He was rushed to hospital on Monday after undergoing a procedure on his leg.

Tsekeleke is known for his hit single “Fatty Boom Boom”.
Celebrities and political figures like Arts and Culture Minister Nathi Mthethwa paid tribute to the artist, describing him as sensational and avant-garde.
