Local celebs who celebrated their birthday in isolated style this week

Our local celebs have proven to us that you really don’t have to be an introvert to figure out what to do indoors for the next 21-quarantine-days… It’s all about making use of your creative juices.

These local celebrities had every virus reason to sulk and make this national disaster a reason not to enjoy their birthdays, but they did not. In fact, they turned it up so hard, one couldn’t even notice that it was an indoors party!

Media personality, Nandi Madida celebrated her 32nd birthday indoors with only her husband, Zakes Bantwini and two children, Shaka and Nefertiti.

The mother of two kept herself and her family quarantined at their plush home. They danced and sang away in the background.

”Thank you for tuning in last night to my bday celebration!🎉 Thank you to our incredible DJ @zakesbantwini and my son who.. well… wouldn’t sleep! Love you all! Know you’ve asked for more! See you next week Friday! 😘”

Another celebrated who celebrated her birthday in quarantine mode is Baby Cele. The actress was at home, but made sure to re-post some of the sweet messages her family and colleagues sent her

She also re-posted a heartfelt message from her daughter, Yolisa Cele. Yolisa wrote, “Happy birthday to my first love. Ma, I love you so much. Word can’t describe how much I love you.

I can’t even type this caption. I’m in tears because I think it’s the first time I’m not with you on your birthday.” “But I thank God and our ancestors that they kept you alive and may they continue to do so in Jesus’ name, Amen. I love you so much twin.” Baby also re-posted a message from the Uzalo Instagram page.

Don’t let coronavirus take away the little happiness in you.. just smile and pray for better days!
