Makubenjalo- self-explanatory right?. Well, check it out…we did

Our editorial team is constantly on the look-out for the most relevant, well established venues where people can dine and have the pleasure of experiencing some of the best pleasures in life and great vibes. We spotted this joint in Soweto called Makubenjalo restaurant and pub, and of-course we decided to visit them this past weekend, to enjoy one of their events “CREAM SUNDAYS

This joint is situated in the heart of Soweto, in Diepkloof. It is spacious and gives you enough room to have fun and dance the night away.

Allow me to take you through the experience: Safety first, right? at the entrance you are greeted by multiple security guards, who check your temperature, takes down your details, encourages you to wear a mask and sanitize.

As you walk in you get to take delight in the ambiance of the place, you are faced with a spacious yard with beautiful architecture to fill up the space. We were impressed.

While enjoying all that, it’s hard not to pay attention to some of the details we noticed, which included the fashion forward audience who came in numbers to fill up the venue, the different types of sneakers being showcased, the great sound system making it comfortable for DJ’s to show off their craft not forgetting the delicious food we got served by their friendly staff members.

As the sun went down the place started filling up with people, coming in number to enjoy the hottest line up. The event was hosted by three gorgeous ladies namely Gcinile, Bonolo and Jasmine. The line-up included some hot DJ’s such as South Africa’s favourite Gogo (DBN Gogo), DJ Speedsta, Sean Kross, Mr X,Kay B,Traxx, Msaro and Walker.

We can definitely confirm that if fun, ambiance, comfort, great food and great vibes is what you looking for then then Makubenjalo restaurant is the place to be. See you there 😊
