For four years, we have witnessed Minnie Dlamini bringing that entertainment feel into the world of soccer by co-hosting Soccer Zone on SABC 1 with Thomas Mlambo, but now it’s time we bid her farewell as she leaves the show for greener pastures.
“I have resigned from SABC Sport to focus on my other business ventures. I enjoyed my time with the SABC Sports family and will miss them dearly. It pains me to realize that I won’t be seeing my Thom Thom (Thomas Mlambo) and Dr Mnandi every Monday as they have become family,” said Minnie.
Minnie also added that her decision pains her, but at the end of the day she needs to grow within the industry.
“I need to grow and explore various opportunities in entertainment and business.”
It has been reported that Minnie will be collaborating with a swim wear line and releasing her range of swim suits.
Besides that, Minnie will be presenting Tropika Island of Treasure Seychelles in March 2017 on SABC3.
