Alicia Keys to drop a double disc album

Alicia Keys has announced a two-fer for fans album.

The No-one singer made the announcement via her social media platforms this week.

In a TikTok clip, the singer revealed that her upcoming Keys album will come in two versions on two sides: with side A featuring the original versions with “laidback piano vibes” and a flip side with “unlocked” versions with “upbeat, drums, level up vibes.”

The Grammy Award winning singer has also dropped her newest single “Best of Me.”

The slow-burning groove was written by Alicia and Raphael Saadiq and samples Sade’s “Cherish the Day.”

She has released two versions, the “Original” and the “Unlocked” produced by Mike WiLL Made-It.

“Every time I hear this song, I lose my mind!!” said Alicia. “Get ready to be addicted.

Alicia has also shared a preview of the romantic video, which co-stars her husband Swizz Beatz.

The singer according to reports had recently previewed the follow-up to 2020’s Alicia album with the slinky Mike Will-produced single “LALA (Unlocked),” featuring Rae Sremmurd’s Swae Lee.

Keys and Lee hit the stage at September’s 2021 MTV VMAs for the first-ever live performance of “LALA.”

In addition to the new album — whose release date is said to be in early December — Keys recently announced the upcoming release of her young adult graphic novel, Girl on Fire, which is expected out March 1 via HarperCollins Publishers.

The book is named after the 15-time Grammy-winner’s Billboard Hot 100-charting track.

It tells the fictional story of 14-year-old Lolo Wright and her telekinetic superpowers.

The latest drop of Keys [Mam’khize] single on the other hand had social media platforms ’excited and talking’.
