[SEE] Atandwa Kani gets a very cool tattoo of Chadwick Boseman

When they say ”Wakanda Forever” this is what they mean. Atandwa Kani has paid tribute to the late Black Panther starring Chadwick Boseman with the most befitting tribute.

Chadwick Boseman who sadly lost his life after a long battle with colon cancer, has left a huge gap for many actors to fill.

Despite playing many roles and bringing certain characters to life, Chadwick was best known for his role as the fist black superhero Black Panther. In the 2018 film, Atandwa Kani portrayed the younger King T’Chaka and the older being his father John Kani.

The two expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Chadwick, so much so that Atandwa got his whole face and a bit of Chadwick’s upper torso tattooed on his leg.

Atandwa Kani honored Chadwick’s memory by getting inked and posted a video of his masterpiece with the caption, “Rest in peace King.”

His death on August 28 shocked many and the Twitter post announcing his death became the most liked post ever with 7.7 million likes and 3.1 million re-tweets.

Even though the sequel for Black Panther has been announced, many fans urged Marvel Studios to not have a replacement or another T’Challa replacing Chadwick. However Mzansi seems to think Atandwa Kani is the perfect fit for the role.

Under his comment’s secion were follower applauding the beautiful tattoo whilst other are still in disbelief that Chadwick is no longer with us.

“I don’t know how long will take me to accept the fact that Chadwick isn’t with us I knew if I was in LA I would have met with him in NAACP image Awards this guy spirit is so humble still hating the f*** s*** so called death,” one follower wrote.

Another wrote, “Argh man intle lento. Long live the Wakanda King.”

Commenting on their resemblance, one follower wrote, “This is super dope, especially that you have that resemblance to him.”

“I’m in tears right now, this is so beautiful Atandwa,” said an emotional user.

“This is dope. Well done to who ever did this work,” said another follower commending the great artistic work.

Atandwa trended all over social media as fans were saying that he looks like late actor Chadwick, should there be a need for a new King T’Chala then it should be him.

This saw Atandwa Kani at the very top of the trends list as fans rooted for him to be cast as King T’Chala, even though some deemed it insensitive. A picture of Atandwa and Chadwick surfaced all over social media just to highlight how much they look alike.

Another reason for this suggestion is way South Africans are upset at the fact that an American played the role instead of an African who has the accent and all.
