Huge new South African Hip-Hop artist Shelton Forbez, arguably the go-to country for Hip-Hop upcoming stars, drops his latest track “Lang Syne” which draws up on R&B and alternative hip-hop influences.
In case you don’t know who this superstar is, Shelton Forbez (real name Shelton Salie) is a South African dancer, model and presenter best known as one of the presenters on Vuzu. The talented TV personality has since left the popular channel and has ventured into music full time. Once again proving that he has a lot of untapped talent.
Shelton announced that he’ll be dropping a song this Friday (today) and we seriously cannot wait for it any longer..
The song is about bidding a past love farewell indicating that he can’t really cry over what had happened and that it is no one’s fault and that he doesn’t feel the same, Forbez partners with SIP Mooner , up-coming artist from the east to benchmark a great energy to the song with his tone.
While we can’t quite figure out if this is RnB or Hip-Hop as yet since the song is a surprise, all we know is that this is quite a vibe and it induces feelings of pure nostalgia.
